Our Lead Staff

Nguesso Pandawe
Chief Executive Officer
Nguesso is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and holds a Bachelors Degree (with credit) from the Copperbelt University and a Diploma in project Management.

Tusankine Mulenga
Site Engineer
Tusankine holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Shenyang University in China. She is also an Associate member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia.

Namuunza Kabayo
Property Officer
Namuunza oversees properties under Longhorn’s management. Her roles include coordinating advertising, monitoring booking channels, enforcing leases and ensuring the properties are in good working order and generating acceptable returns for our clients.

The company has invested significantly in human capital and key operating and service delivery equipment and assets and has a plan to continue doing so. In support of this, it has a maintenance regime to ensure that all delivery equipment and assets are maintained in a manner that ensures effective and efficient service delivery. We continue to build capacity by recruiting and retaining talent of the highest quality.
